He should be on the same level as he was in Annihilation, because Sigma has become the Capcom version of the Phalanx at this point. Possibly even cosmic level with the additional boost of the gems. Jedah and Thanos should have difficulty dealing with him.

But I doubt the writers of this will actually have him at the proper level this combination should be at.
