Why are there people like Somecallmejohnny and other youtubers that stopped watching SpongeBob after a certain point or stopped watching it for a time, or stopped watching it regularly? It's fucking SpongeBob. The greatest show ever made and the 2nd longest running kids show next to Arthur. I still watch SpongeBob regularly and I have probably watched the first 3 seasons at least 200 times, i'm not going to lie

The humor lost any wittiness it had and traded it for a more crude style that's easy to grasp for children. Also a lot of the writers left around that time to make other shows.

I just started watching S4.
I wish they would do more underwater stuff.
Its pretty original setting, and it kills me a little bit every time I see it being wasted by making stuff work like it was not underwater.Like a campfire.
