not to be a weebfag but the fights in Akira were better, the cloverfield style directing didn't complement the latter half portion of the film when shit hit the fan. Plus, them not expanding on the telekinetic abilities beyond the fact that they have telepathy made it kind of lame. coolest kind of telepathy is the jack of all trades kind, stopping/manipulating universal flow shouldn't be so shallow.
