Why doesn't Spider-Man use something to change his voice

Because he puts on a voice when he's in the mask. Anyone have the image where he's talking about anonymous message boards?

I always thought that when he put on the mask, his voice became more jocular as he'd quipped and whatnot. I mean, he acts differently due to being more anonymous, so he can project for once. It's almost like he's letting his own inner-voice out.
