The biggest issue about his anatomy is the the fact that he does very harsh shading on the body definition which makes the anatomy issues way more noticeable.

Also his color choices in general are really bad. It's always off enough to add to the greasy sick feeling. And there's always too much contrast going on.

his perspective is often off, making things look like they only tangentially interact with their environment
many of the poses he does are just plain retarded
he falls for the animoo meme of making eyelashes only exist on the end of an eye

The art is passable sometimes even good.

His problem is that he's edgy for the sake of attention, crosses the line of taste too many times to the point that you actually have to believe he might like kids a little too much, and when he gets called out on either of those all he does is whine.

Also IMO he crossed the point of no return line years ago when Eddsworld died and his tribute was to draw him getting raped by the grim reaper. Fuck Shad.
