It's honestly hard to tell since both of their semblances are based around illusion and trickery. Though in close combat Neo seems to be the best. Coming from that, how would these two fair against Tyrian.

Neo would be evenly matched since she doesn't have any long ranged weapons. Tyrian can't hurt or catch her due to speed and dexterity(plus every time he hit her it would likely be a fake), but he'd be swinging his tail around too wildly for her to get close. Unless her shapeshift extended to disguising herself as an inanimate object to get the drop on him, they'd be deadlocked.

Emerald would have an easier time, since not only does she have guns, but her weapons are for slicing, which means she could chop his tail off if she needed to. Her illusion power would make him unable to see her at first, but prior episodes show that if you dispel her illusion she's wide open since she usually has to concentrate, while Neo is more mobile and can easily make another copy or disguise herself as Salem to fuck with him.

Well Neo is confirmed to be stronger than Mercury, but Emerald does have the hallucination semblance. But on the other hand Neo can "shatter" and disappear, move quick enough and make it harder for Emerald to focus on.

Tyrian is quick and has some good reach on Neo, but again Neo has a convenient semblance that allows her to be harder to land hits on, and allows her to move around without being noticed. With his stinger, it could be more evenly matched, but without I think Neo would win.

Maybe thats the cost of her OP ability. Gave up her ability to speak. If Semblances are anything like Nen, it makes sense that the bigger the cost (you have to get hit to get stronger, you need to touch the metal to actually manipulate it) the stronger the power.

Or maybe she was just born mute with a simple power that has numerous practical applications. Who knows?

I'd give it to Neo under the assumption that she can close with Emerald by blocking her shots and dodging the chains.

Neo again because her illusions are seamless; there's never a tell when they're being used until they break so even if Emerald cast one there's nothing stopping Neo from doing the same and using the shattering to suss out an attack.
