my friend recently got me into his personal works. some of his animations on youtube are damn wonderful.
and as for himself. he what you'd imagine he'd be like if you watched all his cartoons. in a good way.

Dilworth is a very interesting person to listen to and has plenty of great interviews on Youtube.
