At the start of the fight Kilmer and Clooney manage to simultaneously take out each other, or everyone just targets them first. Either way, they are the first to go.
Keaton knows he can't move or fight very well so goes nuts and grabs his Batplane while Affleck goes after him and does the same thing. They both murder a shitton of civilians while they are it. Keaton shouts his mother's name which distracts Affleck long enough for Keaton to stuff a bomb in Affleck's pants, winning the fight. He then goes to fight West who is trying to get rid of a bomb and repair all the damage.
Bale and Conroy fight but Conroy has the edge due to being animated and thus having toonforce on his side. Eventually, Keaton gets distracted by horny thoughts of Michelle Pfeiffer and crashes the Batplane with no survivors and that ends up killing Bale and himself.
So it comes down to Conroy vs West. Conroy at first tries to end the fight quickly but his animated status will not protect him, as Adam West had brought his Anti-Toonforce Repellent, thus negating all of Conroy's powers. They are both unable to kill each other because of their respective censorship standards, but Conroy is outmatched and beaten.

West wins.

I don't count the animated series Batman, especially since there's been various incarnations of Batman in animated form. So if it's just between the live action Batmen, here's how I see where they're at with each other.

>Adam West - He always prepares ahead of time, so he'll most likely be prepared for alternate universe Batmen, given the right gadgets for him to work with. But realistically, he doesn't stand a chance if he were to cross over to another universe, like say in Christian Bale's Batman Universe, none of his devices or Bat-sprays would work against Bale's Batman.
