Cartoon Network always had good bumpers when I was younger, same for Adult Swim and Boomerang. It's honestly a shame they don't continue this, it would definitely rake in more viewings if they gave more effort to keep them watching.

I used to have Boomerang on when I was younger living in my living room playing TF2 when I was 13.

Fox Kids and Kids WB. I never had cable when I was growing up, so seeing those bumpers were really cool and fun to watch. The PBS. ABC, CBS, and NBC bumpers were also really cool. I would also say the 2010s network The Hub had really good bumpers before it changed to Discovery Family
