Pokemon isn't going anywhere any time soon. It's not a show with merchandise, it's merchandise with a show. It'll keep going in some for so long as the games remain the unstoppable hand held juggernaut that they've been since the 90's.
Yu-gi-oh is in a similar situation. It's the most popular TCG in it's home country and the second most popular in the world in general.

One Piece however, despite what people may think, is still a singular narrative with a beginning, middle (Like, forty middles), and end. It will finish at some point.

Spongebob because Hillenburg has ALS and may not be around for the longest time. Hopefully the rest of the team will stop the show out of respect instead of continuing it like they did post-movie. Arthur will last the longest. All the other shows will eventually have to deal with either the creators (for South Park) or voice cast (for the others) wanting to retire, and while you could recast, it could cause a big enough backlash to effectively kill the show's popularity.

Arthur, though, already did this. Because they use actual children to play all the kids, the entire cast gets replaced every 1-2 years. Arthur himself has been played by EIGHT different voice actors.

Arthur's the only show immune to casting issues, so it'll last the longest.

I doubt Hillenberg dying will stop Spongebob. He barely has influence on the show these days anyway. He quit the show after the first movie but they've just kept cranking the series out.
