Chuck's is basically the Harvard of Mutants. I think there have been cases where anyone was allowed, even humans, butit was always a "closed" community.

To be honest, I would like to see the school function as a proper school. With thousands of students, teachers and whatnot. We shouldn't get a new class every two years, the focus should still be on the Big Guns. But allow for the school to actually become a "character", much like Gotham is a "character" in the Bat-Books.
