I was always unironically thinking that the american version was the top tier one.

This is why I hate cartoon network. They own the rights to so many good shows, some of which is still airing new episodes, and yet because of their inability to make a decent schedule these shows get fucked over in the end. Whether it's them rarely showing reruns of anything other than ttg, or airing the new episodes sporadically (like how they only air new Steven universes in chunks of five episodes before putting it on hold for months on end.) They have the rights to air all these great shows, be them the newer ones like the amazing world of gumball, or old classics like ed,edd, and eddy. I really don't understand why they do this. I wouldn't even understand it if it were a show I personally like.

In Burgerland CN has made it so that their network only appeals to children in primary school. Steven Universe, Adventure Time and especially We Bear Bears are going strong on the app so there is no real need to bother with them on the old dying on air service that no one in the office cares about. No one at Turner is really paying much attention either, they are fed the same lines that the app is the future, all kids watch the app and no one under 60 cares about tv. And this is double for any demographic under 35 which is firmly in the Cartoon Network viewership target.

So they are not really looking at the tv ratings at all outside of "Are they stable? Good! Back to the App!" and since the App is doing great they consider everything to be perfectly fine. And what is said around here is true, Teen Titans Go! does maintain a completely steady viewership and it keeps the advertisers happy to a degree that everyone can care about at least.

So blame numbers and statistics as usual, they tell the people upstairs that all children will watch streaming and never television. The suits think they are perfectly on top of the situation 110% with no flaws in their plan. They have variety in their schedule and they're actually listening to people and acknowledging their older shows with three TV movies, two of which have trailers already and both look amazing.
The only two things CN has done to acknowledge their older content is TTG and PPG. Both are dumpster fires.

Is there CN schedules from other countries that air several old shows instead?

Their in just 3 years show took over an 80% lead in scheduling and much higher than that in viewership for the network.

Any suit that is looking to hire people that sees that and does not know shit about cartoons (which none of them do) will think that these guys are the golden goose their network is looking for.

If it succeeds, that's because the network is mindlessly spamming whatever it was, which throws out the "we think they're good" card. I can get why they show Teen Titans Go, as it gets such high ratings, but why overexpose it to this degree? How is this not harming the rest of their channel?

I'm surprised they never expanded on it yet. Typically at this point the parent company takes notice and tries to do things like a Teen Titans Go theatrical release movie, theme park additions like Jump City section of Six Flags, and a Teen titans Go section of every store.

Warner invests in a Teen titans Go movie, and when it performs so horribly in theaters they will want to rebrand the series as poison and start dropping all things TTG. Then we never see Robin or Raven in the background of any large network mage, Cyborg is now considered an audience turnoff, songs about meatballs are strictly avoided by the channel.

Nothing buries a show like a terrible movie tie-in.
