The real tragedy is she could have easily been a great character if the creative minds weren't so up their own asses.

She was a tabula rasa that Bendis decided to get lazy with. He could have made her a compelling commentary on the SJW crowd coming from privilege and having everything handed to them.

Then finding out that being a superhero isn't at all what she thought it was. Even learning that trying to be the next Tony Stark comes with high consequences.
