If the plane is in flight and outside of normal throwing range, no one. Several people have the ability to turn things into bombs or other useful properties for this scenario, but they would need to be in range of the plane.

yeah but I'm pretty sure if you threw a pen with plain old super strength applying enough force to potentially bring down a plane, the pen would be incinerated by the friction before it could actually reach the target
