Honestly it's kinda hard to pin point this one due to him being from a filler movie and the big two may have direct to video ones but they have arcs and the side plot villains are at least known.

I wanna say Carnage due to his edgelord status but eh.

It really depends on the version because Crane is a really inconsistent character even by Batman standards.
Mostly when they try to make him XTREME and we get dumb shit like Scarebeast or Arkham Knight Scarecrow.

In my opinion, Jonathan Crane should be as the last paragraph of this bio describes him: a nerdy and gangly professor who just funnels his money into books and commits crime for the sake of research and a fascination on studying fear. I enjoy Scarecrow as a howling maniac too, and I think Injustice and TNBA actually found ways to make scarier and update him without forcing it too hard, but this is what I think Scarecrow should be like.

If he has any, they know him from X-Men Children of the Atom and maybe Marvel vs Capcom 2 (was he even in that one?).

I like Omega Red mostly because, like Silver Samurai, he was my main in X-Men Children of the Atom and I absolutely loved that game. It brings back fond memories of playing it at the local arcade.
This was back when I didn't even know English and I read few comics so I could only speculate on what the character was, same thing with the Capcom JoJo game which I also played. I liked his moveset, I liked his tentacles, I liked his theme and I liked his stage. I only knew he was Russian and that he was Wolverine's enemy.
And I always liked Russian characters and Wolverine was my favorite X-Men so of course I thought Omega Red was cool.
I thought he was this super badass vampire robot pirate who had his own submarine and constantly traveled across the ocean. Like Captain Nemo meets Ivan Drago meets Dracula with robotic tentacles.
You can imagine how dissapointed I was when I actually read his backstory and saw how he was like in the comics.

Still, I like Omega Red. I think of him more as a Capcom fighting game character that I enjoyed playing as a kid than just a low-tier X-Men villain who was another 90s edgelord.
