If Wally got a solo and it was decent I would buy a digital and physical copy every month. DC is scared that Wally will out shine Barry but not scared that Nightwing will outshine Bats. Wally now has different powers and a new suit so that shouldn't be an issue. If worst comes to worst just have Wally not call himself The Flash but instead "A Flash" or a "Speedster" or something. There is really no good reason that Batgirl has two books and Wally has none.
