Never seen this cartoon, but I can guess the context:
In this universe, one of the greatest pride of trolls are flies. To a troll, getting his first fly is a sign of growing up. Flies stay with their trolls because fuck you and trolls get attached to them, often giving them names.
Waha is a human girl that was adopted as an "hairless troll" because trolls are dumb, but as such can't really get a fly. So I suppose she want to get one at any cost to show that she's not a child and to prove she's really a troll. I suppose the poo is from petaures, gigantic dumb beasts that are pretty much mamouth-cow. The important thing isn't actually the poo, but the fly.

See? With the actual context, you realise that the context is dumb too.
