considering that they are in 616 and their "limitations" to their powers are removed thanks to the universe being less realistic, I can see their versions of Pym and Stark taking a serious jump in smarts, Wasp, Hulk and Cap taking a serious jump in power.

Also they're unhinged and go for lethal. If Thor shows up I can see him fighting Blue Marvel, or maybe Hulk. Then Maker containing Spectrum, he already did so in Secret Wars. That leaves America as the biggest threat in the room, so Pym, Stark and Reed could make some kind of gizmo to deal with her teleportation powers.

That leaves Carol, and then Wasp is also a genius in the Ultimate continuity so they can easily deal with her. Now then comes the boosted Panther and kicks everyone's ass.

First you fight each other, then it comes the team-up. As I said before, I can see Panther coming as the deciding factor in the initial fight and then everyone teaming up, with maybe the Hulk as the loose cannon that needs to be dealt with before going for the Maker himself.
