My perception of this film is inextricably colored by experiences with my schizophrenic friend who suffered delusions similar to the main characters Fregoli disorder. There's a lot about loneliness and neuropathy/mental illness to appreciate in this movie but I think I'd have a hard time selling it to people who can't really relate to it.
