It looks incomplete. The metal coverings look jagged and unpolished and several inner parts are uncovered and exposed. He looks like a robo skeleton with a face pasted on. I guess that was the aim, to emphasize the "I'm a freak" angle, but it just makes him look kinda silly. Like he's naked or something.

Black Lightning wouldn't have happened because DC and Isabella weren't getting along when the decision was being made. It has been resolved now but it's obviously too late.

Terrific is a legacy hero. Maybe they could still use him, but I understand that being a hangup.
