Red Shift.
Normal clothes conceal carries guns and knives. Also carries a number of high watt torches to use if other light sources are unavailable.
Power. Ability to warp and shift light. Also able to sense through it. So can see anywhere within a certain distance, cut off or warp people's vision by shifting the light before their eyes. Would be a smaller time hero or villain. In a fight against normals would be a pain to fight, as sight can not be trusted. Could also pull off Mysterio style tricks like making himself look huge, distances grow or shrink before people's eyes, projecting images of monsters etc.
>Balcony-Jack
His power is full control of a glide suit. He can perfectly maneuver himself while gliding to anywhere, and his offensive power is stabbing people with a knife mid glide.

Mercurio
Shakesperean-era superhuman mortally wounded during a duel but gifted by a trio of witches with an elixir of quicksilver that gave him a liguid metal physiology. As a result he has become unaging and lived out the centuries roaming around the world. He regularly becomes embroiled in disputes between rival crime families whose children become lovers thereby inciting gang wars. He seeks to keep peace and end violence on both sides. His liquid metal physiology gives him shapeshifting abilities, the ability to form weapons from his body, and he does not require food or drink. He can also control pieces of his liquid mercury.

Human-Sponge and The Sponge
Two brothers, one was born with all the powers of a sponge the other was born with a paracitic Sponge on his chest which gradually took over his body. Human-Sponge fights alongside his brother The Sponge as even though he may be trapped inside a Sponge he is a tactical genius able to think up complex battle plans on the fly but is only able to communicate through basic movement. Both brothers can absorb water and damage, are able to shapeshift to some extent, regenerate their entire body from a single cell, increase their size by absorbing water and produce buds which allow them to create near-identical clones.
The Bucket (Philip McDougall)
A guy who grew up watching way too many western movies and idolized the gunslinging man with no name arch type, as such he grew up with a borderline unhealthy obsession with gun play, as a kid practicing quick drawing with banana's for hours on end daily, and in his later when he finally bought his first gun, a small 22lr revolver, spending pretty much all his free time at the range.
What helped his speed shooting immensely was a power he had that he just assumed was normal of most people until his teens, Philip could slow down his perception, making the whole world seem to move in slow motion while his mind still processed everything at normal speeds, although he possessed the physical characteristics of a normal person his reaction time was in the milliseconds, the speed and smoothness at which he could draw and align his sights, or react to a punch, was amazing to most; though most of his powers were direct towards coming up with insults.
When he reached adulthood he realized that his bad grades and aversion to working during the summer fucked him over, and the best he could do was to get a dead end private security job, which he was fired from after an incident that cost him his left eye and made him unfit for the work (he tells everyone he was shot by a perp, but in reality he just tripped while patrolling around a school needs isle and got a pair of scissors to the eye). Lucky for him the superhero movement was starting to get big, and he knew what he had to do. Lacking money to have a tailor made costume, he bought a ragged poncho and a bucket big enough to fit over his head, modified it into a helmet, and strapped on the .357 magnums he bought later in life to fight crime.
These days he's a commercial favourite due to him basically living off sponsorship's, but hated by most other heroes who consider him a terrible example of a hero due to his more lethal means of crime fighting and just being a terrible role model in general.
