I actually follow some of the crew on social media, and honesty don't find their sensibilities in line with mine (humor, tastes, etc.), but I'll give it a chance.

The movie didn't bear a Marvel logo anywhere, just a very tiny-ass reference to Marvel in the credits. It's essentially considered Disney OC.

I don't think the creators of the BH6 comics even got royalties from it.

Go to die? Most of Disney XD is where they send cartoons and the shows that aren't sitcoms aimed at girls (they're still relatively stupid though). They both pretty much keep to themselves as far as shows go so you won't see shows get sent over there just to burn off episodes. Boomerang may do that sometimes but DIsney XD pretty much does its own thing.

Most I saw was a mention in some tv spots that it was based on a Marvel comic but Marvel and Disney just treat it like it like BH6 is 100% Disney.

It's kind of funny that Sony's Spider-Man animated will have the Marvel logo but the movie made by the parent company didn't.

I think they want to keep BH6 separate from any Marvel stuff because they generally go for a cohesive look for their Marvel stuff. The animated shows and the comics both look like the movies for the most part, and BH6 has this very cartoonish, colorful look which doesn't blend.

My concerns with the angular designs, especially for the female characters, still ring true.
Other than their costumes, it doesn't look like they have a wardrobe selection which is also kind of a bummer.
Naturally still going to give it a shot.
