Rumor has it, from the misty days of internet lore, it was a money thing, and the could only keep one of the 'pilot' contest shows, the venture bros, or stroker and hoop. Venture bros won.
Remember pilot contests? Before you tube and such, they used to air them on tv. Korgoth got green lit just to blow the budget and not make a single episode.
