There can be similarities, but to be honest, they are really different. Now the Little Lulu teen is a ripoff of the Monica Teen, they were created almost in the same time, Monica being first and still ongoing.

Both are really similar in tone. But holy shit I hate the way Lulu eyes are drawn.

I grew up with the 90s latin american dub. It's awesome.
