I didn't get into it in my initial post, but one of the ideas I had involved having the first episode having most of it be centered around Chris trying to gather the cast he wants for TDAS but running into problems recruiting most of the ones he wants, some ideas I had for why certain otherwise obvious characters don't come back(also Alejandro, Beth, Cameron or Lightning, and Shawn are all possible season winners, only lacking Gwen or Owen, Duncan, Heather, and Sky for winners);

They are, at least the original cast (and likely at least the cast of ROTI due to the Scott and Courtney romance being weird otherwise)
They explicitly make acknowledgements of time progression throughout the show. Chris states it's been three years since S1 in S4, when he's talking about how long it's been since he last fed his Venus Fly Trap. And then he states he's been in prison for a year, so there's a year jump between S4 and 5.
Therefore, the original cast at the end of All-Stars would be in their 20s. They just don't bother updating the models since the models themselves could just as well pass for people in their 20s as they could with 16 year olds.
