Sokka's was pretty fun, but I think it's the weakest story-wise out of all the episodes. Aang's journey had them both learn the true meaning of Fire Bending (which also kind've capitalized the point made in the first episode), as well as both of them finding new purpose in the art. Karta's had a good deal of character growth as she let go of a pretty big demon, as well as, in a sense, made true peace with her mother's death. That's not to say Sokka's episodes aren't good, they absolutely are, and Sokka and his father re-uniting is a magical thing no matter how often it happens, but there's not a lotta steak in the story. That's all well and good if you prefer the fun episodes of Avatar over the more serious material though. Just my thoughts on the matter.
