I thought he probably didn't really get to see Peter because of the outfit and probably didn't know his name. Figured he was told to look out for some kid but with enough description to know who the kid would be. Probably.

What really tipped the Vulture off was my main complaint being Spidey/Peters high squeak distinct voice. I think anyone would eventually figure out who Spider-Man was because of that.

That's why he should have Kaine or Ben do him a solid every now and then so he can be in the same place as Peter and Spider-Man.

Parker taking pictures of Spider-Man is probably the dumbest thing. "Wow, Parker, you took a shot seemingly from hanging upside down on the ceiling thirty feet off the ground in the middle of a fight between a super hero and a guy in a robotic scorpion suit, neither of whom saw you."

Who says Spiderman didn't see him? It's often even a plot point that Spiderman knows Parker, and lets him take those pictures.

I'm surprised more people didn't figure it out when he showed up in DC, plus he shouted "Liz!" when she fell.

It's because they need some way to make Peter's identity relevant to the plot now that Peter has a perfect loving support system of friends and family that he doesn't lie to anymore.

Secret identity is something that people associate with "Spider-Man", but it really isn't very relevant anymore to modern day Spidey stories so they just have every bad guy find out and attack his family.
