I like all three of these characters but why isn't more

I like all three of these characters but why isn't more being done with them? Where's their iconic rogues gallery and story lines? I know their creators want them to get a movie someday but a Hollywood writer would be hard pressed to find anything worth writing about from them.

Bendis is content with regurgitating tropes from Peter Parker for Miles. Wilson has no interest in developing Ms.Marvel into anything beyond a teen comic. I think Marvel just gave up on Sam now that Dick Rider is back in the picture.

I really liked Miss Marvel's first 18 issues
the Inventor was a pretty good starter villain, but he died before he could become an interesting reoccurring character
I can't think of any other villains that were good
