I'd say that Batman is the closest to being a Justice Lord so he basically stayed the same. He's always been unable to entirely trust anyone else so as a person he changed the least. Lord Superman almost killed the Flash with a smile on his face, a complete 180 from his usual self.

All it took was a little convincing from normal Batman to change Lord Batman's mind.
