I wish this was the entire movie instead of what we got. Some elaborate Cobra plot that involves turning the Statue of Liberty into a... a.. a Medusa ray or some shit that's going to petrify billions and the payoff comes in the form of a fifteen minute version of the intro.

You could still have Burgess Meredith be a voice actor and everything. Make him the newest mad scientist with a creepy gorgon fetish or something and hell, even bring along the new Joes nobody cares about (except Jynx!)
