Why do e-celebs like Vail, Scout Fly, Enter, and Strider hate this show to the point where they constantly make videos featuring the show? It's actually not that bad of a show and it can be amusing. True, some episodes aren't that good, but the show isn't the worst thing in the world.

The show is average for the most part. Has some gems and has some stinkers. The only real problem is how much the North American CN spams it.
I think a lot of 'critics' hate it because of episodes where the show makes fun of the those very critics. They can't handle it, and so it causes them to bitch and moan like babies.
