First season would be about him destroying all of Nox' stuff then giving Nox a motivational speech because he sees something good in him.

Second season would be more interesting. Saitama would try to punch Quilby, but Yugo wouldn't let him because that wouldn't solve the problem, it would just cause him to reincarnate with his memories and a motivational speech wouldn't work with Quilby. So Yugo temporarily teams up with him to make sure that Saitama doesn't kill him. It would lead to a fight where Quilby and Yugo use portal magic to keep him away from Quilby and end up in a scene where Yugo teleporting before Quilby just before he tries to punch him. He then would tell him that if he wants to kill Quilby he needs to kill Yugo first. Saitama wouldn't kill a child so he goes away and kicks Ogrests ass instead
