Season 2 is still Trevor. Ellis was only contracted to write three movies so if we do get Season 3 it's in the air.

Yeah, I liked it a lot, but I really wish we got more action. The entire season felt like build up to the actual action, like the first half of a regular season.

This season basically felt like a prologue rather than a full story yet.

If this is succesful then maybe? But Simon's games don't exactly have deep stories. At least Dracuka's Curse had enough to make something of it.

I guess they could make something of his games but they would have to make up stuff and characters.

But I'm sure if they continue they will do Rondo and SotN because Rondo has enough to make a good story and SotN has Alucard.

Hell cover as much of the games as they can and go up to Dawn of Sorrow.

But it all depends on how succesful Netflix Castlevania is.

I think this was a test. If it had good review they will go on with the story. If not, they will stop there. Come on, it's a very risky series, it has violence, it's not a gag cartoon for "adults", it's not a children cartoon and it's not toy cartoon. It doesn't fit any market that most western (USA) animation is aimed to.

I really hope we get more seasons. I really like it.

Netflix didn't want to spend a lot of money of this since action shows are expensive to produce. They are waiting to see if this show has an audience and it clearly does. They just greenlit season 2 and I'm glad it will be longer.
