Not really. Blonde Artemis is pretty much Green Arrow 3.0. Redhead Artemis is a meaner, snarky version of Wonder Woman. The only things they have in common (besides the name, obviously) is being both bitchy and untrusting at first but coming out as very caring and lovable once you get to knowing them better.
