And yes, he is still a cartoonist. I don't remember if his in-universe cartoon *is* Garfield, in a weird meta-way or if it's the USAcres comic strip. That would make sense, since Jon grew up on a farm.

Assuming you mean Jon rather than Bob, yeah. It doesn't get mentioned in the comic too often, but he is still a cartoonist.
