And I just recently finished Xavier Renegade Angel so I've seen everything.

The one thing that bothers is that I can't enjoy Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I'm on episode 5 and it's so boring imo. I wish I could enjoy it.

Is there even anything to look forward to? I've found myself waiting for stuff like new seasons of Rick and Morty, Star vs Evil and Bojack Horseman. Is there nothing new to look forward to? There aren't even animated movies on the horizon, we're going to wait until fucking christmas season with that shit. WTF? It's summer, but it feels like it's fucking January.

ATHF isn't for everyone, but if you still want to like it try starting it from seasons 2 or 3. The early episodes are different from the rest of the series, it got better when the writers found their footing and ditched the detective idea

F is for Family was surprisingly pretty good. I don't really have much to recommend as far as obscure shit, other than Mission Hill which I'm sure you've seen what with all the other [as] stuff you've mentioned.

As for ATHF I wouldn't try to watch it in order until you've seen some of the better episoded. There are a lot of duds but there are some truly golden episodes.
