I expect more Bill Nye level of pseudo science

This is one property that I could actually see being remade into a superior product

I was watching an episode a while back about different types of energy and it just seemed... poorly conveyed

The premise was fun and inventive and the 3 or 4 actual characters were cute, but it could definitely be done better

I look forward from a nostalgia standpoint, but dread it because of what's to expect. With half the original cast cut and their personalities are slapped onto the other half, I'm expecting a lot of problems. And with the "current year" viewpoints on sociality, I just think this shit will be tainted beyond repair.

Also the show is CGI, another concern, but that's why it's taking so long. It was stated somewhere it's coming out this year, and I'm betting September/Labor Day, much like all kid shows do just before back to school time.

I personally hate 80s nostalgia. But I get fed up with any decade's nostalgia. It's okay to admit that every decade has good and bad things going on. But it's mostly just a bunch of people characterizing various decades as all good or all bad. And it's usually folks who don't rememebr or weren't even alive for the decades they're celebrating/hating.
