ITT: Characters that don't deserve all the bad shit that happens to them.
>>93573575
whos this guy
>>93575425
Prince Robot IV from Saga.
Zipher... Had a hard life...
Helga G. Pataki did nothing wrong.
>>93573575
This isn't The One Electronic?
>>93573575
>>93573575
he did absolutely nothing wrong
>>93573575
On one hand, the Robots clearly have clearly been fed propoganda about the Moonies from the top of the Heorarchy, and the Prince is as much a victim of conditioning as the rest of them.
On the other Hand, Prince is also a genuine dick and is repeatedly incapable of any kind of critical thinking, and his character is remarkably unsympathetic.
>>93573575
He deserves a lot worse honestly
>>93573575
He deserved all of it.
>>93577917
>and his character is remarkably unsympathetic.
How so? At several points it's clear he just wants to fuck off and raise his son, but he keeps getting dragged into stuff by other people. If it weren't for Gale and later Marko and Alana, he'd probably be lying around his castle being suicidal.
>>93577727
What's this
>>93573575
>>93578156
Shade the changing man
Part of DC.
>>93578193
Dengo is one character that had even less foresight than IV. What the fuck did he think would happen once he got to talk to a royal after he killed the princess and kidnapped the prince? He was lucky IV just shot him.
>>93573575
>>93578257
he's a janitor.
>>93578072
His actions killed the best character in the series. To hell with that tubehead.
>>93578348
And yet he was basically a killing machine for 2/3 of his appearences.
>>93578453
well, janitors having a fit and fucking shit up should be something familiar to anyone who uses this website
Surprised no one posted THAT panel yet.
>>93578549
>>93575692
At least he got a qt waifu in the end. Crain in the other hand...
he did nothing wrong
>>93577779
when saga first came out, i asked evan dahm what he thought of prince robot and he shrugged and said he didnt own the licennse for characters with tv heads
>>93579049
Not to say that Crain did nothing wrong, he clearly did, but Crain also didn't listen to reason until Zipher was forced to open the box containing Anna. Not to mention Crain nearly killing Molte despite being told that there's no magic in the village. Not to mention shooting Zipher.
I never found Zipher's intent more malicious or anything though. Sure he wanted to revive Anna for mostly personal gain, but it clearly affected him greatly if the dude straight up sobs uncontrollably over it, as well as have PTSD from the event.
>>93579248
I still think that Zipher didn't deserve to win anything in the end. Dude, pretty much tried to kill a bunch of people just to jump out of the friendzone.
I really hope taht Crain appears in the new series, considering his endgame wasn't clear at the end.
>>93579384
>new series
Do what now?
>>93573575
>>93579384
Nah, I think Zipher more than repaid for all of what transpired throughout it. You also gotta remember just how much he sacrificed after realizing just how wrong he was about everything, and he was actively against the brigade once they came storming through. Not to mention everything that happened after the timeskip of how he and Domika would travel the continent and try to make people realize that the "Wizard" Village is nothing more than a fairy tale.
>>93579413
Mr. Shibamoto is currently working on a new series that deals more with the Sky's Lost Children, at least that's what it seems like.

>new series
Hold on what
>>93579384
The fox loli is too cute
>>93579075
Yeah, nothing.
>>93579532
>only first chapter is free
Looks like we aren't getting a translation this soon.
>>93579845
To be fair, Sho definitely deserves the money. If I could navigate the site, as well as actually having money I could spare, I'd definitely be a buyer.
>Anything from Sho that's not Pandemonium
>Ever getting translated
>No English book publication ever
I think we honestly only just got scans for Tsunousagi.
>>93580060
And not even those got translated. What a shame.
>>93580217
Obscurity is the true suffering.
Seriously, how the fuck is he not more well known? It's fucking criminal.
>>93580244
I know it's near impossible but maybe they could make a OVA series for Tsunousagi or Pandemonium, considering that a lot of animes that were NEVEREVER are getting anime adaptations.
>>93580375
I fucking wish that Pandemonium would get something akin to an anime adaptation, it's definitely the most deserving in my opinion. Shit like One Punch Man got picked up, why can't Pandemonium? Hell, Sho even won the most original manga grand prize or something for Baku, so it's a shame he's not more well known.
For now, the only thing we'll get for Pandemonium is the crappy fan dub in which they pronounce Domika's name wrong and is just very amateurish overall.
>>93580450
Like i said before, there still hope now that the anime industry is slowly trying to do risky stuff again. Just imagine a Pandemonium anime with a movie budget.
>>93578156
That is Kathy, a character from Peter Milligan's Shade, the Changing Man.
The poor lady starts the series (issue #1) bringing her black boyfriend to her southern parents home, only to find her parents dismembered by a serial killer.
>>93573575
Fuck that prince. Asshole. Here's someone that did not deserve the bad thing, the prince was responsible for, happening to them.
>>93580664
Her boyfriend tackled the serial killer
Toki wartooth
>48 posts
>No Butters
>>93580686
and was shot by the police because they assumed he was the assailant.
She is attending the serial killer's execution when Shade (and alien) possesses his body and the story continues
>>93580616
The question then turns into whether or not they adopt the same sepia/rustic artstyle.
>Imagining chapter 6 in motion
I'd fucking cry.
>>93580709
That is almost a direct rip off of the ending to Night of the Living Dead.
