I'm looking for this one comic book's name. It's not a big two publication. It's sort of like suicide squad inspired, there's even a character that looks like Deadshot but I can't remember the name of it. The art is all retro looking like Tom Scioli's work but it's not him. I tried Google already.

Or just check out Legends of the Dark Knight which is an anthology style series with seperate stories done by diff creative teams, look for the old run though there was a newer reboot that wasn't nearly as good
