This bothered me in one Anime I watched. A girl had teleportation powers where she could teleport herself and any object she touches a limited distance, even if it would appear in another object. She was shown using window panes to cut through a buildings support beams. How is that not super OP against anyone who can't regen? Or better yet, teleport a large enough solid object to basically erase someone. It annoyed me that she did use that to just cut the arms off the big bad, or decapitate to ensure victory.
