As much as I like circe and cheetah I think the average audience member will find them less interesting if it's a straight up Circe with Cheetah as a henchmen type plot.

I could see them going with Circe or Hera as a manipulator, posing as veronica cale or using her to test wonder woman. and then having cheetah be the main and only villain with a kind of american werewolf in london, monster movie horror story unfolding with Wondie trying to save her friend.

But then again I don't know how well they'd be able to pull that off.

Personally I'd rather avoid the big obvious villains and take some more minor ones a redefine them for a generation. Something like using Doctor Cyber and silver swan, or even doctor psycho. but really redefining the characters to create a fresh tae not massively burdened by their histories.

Why bother?
Not like the first movie had good villains. Might as well create an OC if you're gonna create the most boring pieces of shit imaginable.

I say Wonder Woman should team up with The Metal Men to take on Angle Man, keep it Silver Age.

We always get double villains and it sucks because you have to build them both out but WW really works well with a team, Metal Men have a simple backstory and Angle Man is a fairly unknown WW villain to the general public.
