What happened was in the script the writers simply had it as "crowd takes off" as in they all disperse. The Korean animators read it literally however and had them take off into the air. The crew thought it was funny, kept it in and added the sound effect.

What the fuck?

I don't even speak spanish but this is bizarre. It sounds like the entire original cast were just as fluent in spanish, so they had them record both dubs. This isn't like a cowboy bebop situation where the dub was good because the voices were different but matched the characters better. With Candace and Doofenschmirtz and Stacy, it's like they copy/pasted their voices into spanish. I've never heard a dub of anything this good.
