It's the lack of shading. It was non existant in the other preview and basic shading is in this one, but not on the characters but only cast shadows on the environment layer.

To me its the surroundings, all the background look like the fake backdrops from the 1980s, which pretty all Marvel shows are guilty of these days.

Hard to imagine a cartoon can make it look like the characters are standing in front of a green screen, but somehow they manage to do that.
