Name Marvel and DC's most overrated comic book run each.
Marvel: Byrne's FF
DC: Grant's JLA

>DC: Grant's JLA
This is one of the defining works of our era. Arguably the most important comic in transitioning from the EXTREME 90's to the "Widescreen Comics Era."

Grants JLA overrated?
Heres what Wonderwoman thinks of your opinion

It contributed nothing to the Justice League except to return them to the status quo. It's good but nothing life-changing. And another word for the Widescreen Comics Era is the Decompression Era. There is no undoing the damage to comic storytelling JLA caused.

duh

>Morrison's JLA
>Decompression
Ok so clearly you didn't even read the comic you're whining about.

yeh

Thanks, now fuck off
everything Bendis has done
everything Johns has done
Here's an easy one.

This comic is such shit. It's fun as a Batman greatest hits but we're talking about a mystery where the final scene is the character responsible literally explaining every beat of the story directly to the reader because it just wouldn't make sense otherwise.
But Jim Lee is scratchy overrated trash

I like Grant's JLA and especially One-Million, but the widescreen era in general... Ultimates, Authority, Planetary, and so on. Well, I enjoyed it all at the time, but I couldn't tell you why, now.
Byrne's FF was beyond my ability to finish. If nothing else, I couldn't take the trial of Reed. Given the Shia'r history on Earth in books like UXM where they had kidnapped natives, committed endless acts of meyhem and espinage, and once hovered in orbit with fingers on the doomsday switch, and not to mention the M'Krann crystal, and their notoriously brutal Imperial Guard, it was a bit much for them to accuse anyone of anything and expect me to believe it would be taken seriously.

It went downhill after a while
>>93498087
In the beginning it wasn't that bad but it got more obvious as time went on, World War Three clearly took up twice as many issues as it needed to.

Kek, not even close. That's Authority.
Death of the Family.

Mores the pity.
Annihilation is really good, but Conquest is better and has far more visibly erect nipples.
