Guts would get tazered, kill a few cops, get swarmed by the national guard, arrested, put on a trial he doesn't understand and thrown into Arkham when he insists he's from a different universe. Batman would likely get fucked up by the first monster or apostle he ran into.

Batman would be powerless without his batcave computer.

If you mean by the time they've fully developed their personas then I'd say Batman would finally be forced to learn magic and not just vague bits of mysticism since he won't be surviving very long in a demon infested world without big guns.
His futuristic knowledge would make him formidable against the common folk though.

I think Guts would probably just get shitfaced in a bar while waiting on jobs as hired muscle, if he can't kill Griffith and Caska's not around to protect he doesn't have much going for him.
