Marvel didn't ever sell any of their comic book rights. You're not going to see ANY future movie with DP featuring any Disney owned Marvel live action IP.

Except Kingpin, which they sold to FOX in 2002 so that he could appear in the FOX Daredevil movie series, only to so badly fuck it up that they never even felt it worth rebooting and Kingpin returned to Marvel with Daredevil.

This clearly wouldn't be how the current Sony/Marvel Studios agreement works, because it would mean physically transferring all assets to one or other company for a single character - which would mean Marvel could have walked away after Civil War with Spider-Man's rights back (but not any of his supporting characters).

So it's a loaner deal only.
