I feel Frieza = Darkseid works better, don't you think?

Since there are fewer DBZ villains then superman villains let's start there. I can't remember that many original db villains so I'll need help bringing them up.

I feel like Darkseid is too big for this, although Ginyu Force × Apokolips would be amazing. Mogul is an alternative.

There are a lot of choices here depending on what you're going for. Toymaker for the creation aspect, braniac for the cyborg super baddie part, lex for being a genius and related to the hero's life time of strife (red ribbon army)

Parasite is good, but I think Amazo is better since Parasite doesn't have permanent access to the powers he steals.

Parasite could fit here since he's pretty glutinous. Solomon Grundy, possibly, since he's a magically created idiot. Bizarro is also good, being a mix of comical and strong.

Not exactly, Frieza isn't pure evil/a god and stop being a threat to goku long ago. But, He does got connection to past just like brainiac.

Both of them are science experiments whose origin is connected to the heroes. Both of them are overwhelmingly powerful and destructive, without any real long-term or complex plans beyond destroying things. And both of them killed their heroes.

Dr. Gero = Lex Luthor
Super-genius mad scientists with a personal grudge against the hero, not physical threats themselves but responsible for creating some of the heroes' deadliest threats. Also, they're both bald.

How About Freeza and Mongul.?
