I like my girls trashy, and the last couple months haven't changed that.

I forget, did the two creators that self inserted themselves into their show have any professional animation industry history or are they no names literally doing this on their own time and money just hoping someone picks up their show and gives them millions of dollars to produce a season of it?

Either way the aesthetic is cool but I wonder if they can really deliver on the finished pilot. I've seen a few amazing failed pilots before and it must be disappointing to see your project crash and burn.

So who would you cast? The creators say Jenny Slate and Danny Cooksey are what they envision for the leads. As for the others, personally, Mayor and Squatch look like Jeff Bennett and Bill Fagerbakke characters, respectively.
