See, at this point it is more believable of the boss enemy is NOT gigantic.

Remember that Giganta thread we just had? How most people agreed that being huge isn't a benefit if almost everyone already have super strength?

Keeping the boss human-sized just is more visually interesting. And really, gigantic bosses have very little options in being impressive in a fight. Antman tried in Civil War but there is only so much he could do at his size.

If you can't crush someone with your size alone, then your size is useless.
