There's never any time for your eyes to rest. Everything is moving constantly and making dramatic leaps, and there's no tension and release in the movement.
The color scheme is also hot garbage which does not help with focusing. The characters don't pop out of the background or even lead the eye to a focus.

It's not just the animation, it's the sound quality as well. The voice acting sounds like amateurs from Voice Acting Alliance who all have different mic qualities. It literally all screams nostalgia in watching original Newgrounds content.

But a crew got PAID to do this? Now it's embarrassing to fucking watch. People don't know their limits, they attempt to do John K inspired shit on a tiny, tiny budget when Ren & Sitmpy is infamously expensive. You wanna work on a tiny budget, you gotta re-work your ideas or premises to end up being things like Space Ghost, Aqua Teen, Home Movies, South Park (Back when it premiered), or even fucking Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi.

Trying to do the level of animation quality I can tell the creator wants but unable to due to time and money restraints creates an awful overall product rather one that looks awful, but it's intentional and has hilarious writing.
